Nursing Training School
This project is focusing on building a nursing training school in Zimbabwe. The Training school will be developed into a Clinic and finally a Hospital within a 10 year period. This project will assist in increasing the number of Health care workers in Zimbabwe and access to health care facilties
Scholarships
The best way to reduce poverty in disadvantaged communities in Africa is through educating children from these communities. We have set-up a fund that will assist talented children from going through high school and finally enroll in our Nursing Training School. Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire
Mentorship & Coaching
This project focus on ensuring that the children on our scholarship program and those from Our Nursing stay on the success path. The project also extends to include school-going children in low income and marginalised areas around Zimbabwe to improve academic performance and attendence.
Skills Identification & Development
Children in marginalised communities suffer more from failure to develop their skills for economic gain. This project helps in skills identification, training and development for children in these communities to assist them to exploit economic opportunities and livelihood home-based individual and community projects.

Volunteer Program
Volunteer at Sahara On The Bay and join us as we impact marginalized communities, equipping them with education, life skills through our skills training, nursing school program, mentorship, and counseling. Our current volunteers come from different professions, cultures, and social classes.
