My name is Barbara G, a 22-year-old aspiring healthcare professional from the remote area of Guruve in Zimbabwe. I am currently pursuing my education at the Lusaka Health Institute in Zambia, courtesy of the Sahara on The Bay Scholarship, which I have been fortunate enough to receive since January 2022. As I approach my graduation in November 2024, I am compelled to share the impact of this scholarship on my academic journey marked by dedication and achievement.
